Integrated Pollution Prevention & Control (IPPC)

A model application template has been prepared by IFA to help poultry farmers applying for a permit to operate under the Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations, referred to as IPPC.

It is hoped that using the model will assist applicants in preparing the necessary documentation.  Producers using the template however, are advised that each applicant will need to make the necessary changes to the generic application so that it is relevant to their own units.

Copies of the original application form and Environment Agency Guidance forms can be obtained from the EPA website, www.epa.ie or by calling their Locall number 1890 335599, alternatively, click here for a copy of the model application template.

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information in this generic application, the Irish Farmers Association does not accept responsibility for any errors that may occur in it.
