The closing date for submission of 2017 Nitrates Derogation applications is April 13th

Nitrates Derogation applications can only be submitted online at www.agfood.ie. 

Nitrates Derogation documentation is available on the Department’s website

The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine has announced an extension to the closing date for submission of 2017 Nitrates Derogation applications.

The closing date will be extended to Thursday 13th April 2017.

Nitrates Derogation applications can only be submitted online at www.agfood.ie. 

Nitrates Derogation documentation is available on the Department’s website

IFA President Joe Healy this week led a delegation to meet with Agriculture Minister Michael Creed and Local Government Minister Simon Coveney to set out the Association’s priorities in the forthcoming review of the nitrates regulations.
