Residential Zoned Land Tax Update Meeting January 31st 2024
IFA will held an online meeting on Residential Zoned Land Tax (RZLT) on Wednesday, January 31st 2024 at 11am.
IFA Farm Business Chair Bill O’Keeffe chaired this meeting. Representatives from the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage and the Department of Finance presented the latest updates on RZLT.
Draft RZLT maps will be published on February 1st 2024 and an opportunity to make submissions on adjustments and corrections to these maps will be open to April 1st 2024.
IFA Solicitor James Staines and IFA Senior Policy Executive Karol Kissane will also partook in this meeting.
