IFA Fibre Launches National Marketing Campaign to Highlight Rural Connectivity
The Member Services division of the Irish Farmers’ Association (IFA) has today launched a nationwide IFA Fibre marketing campaign, aimed at raising awareness and accelerating the adoption of high-speed fibre broadband across rural Ireland.
Running under the banner “Experience the Difference”, the campaign shines a spotlight on how fibre broadband is transforming daily life and farm operations, from smarter farm management to supporting education, communication, and rural business growth.
James Kelly, IFA Director of Organisation, said at the launch:
“Reliable, high-speed internet is no longer a luxury, it’s a necessity. Whether it’s farming-related administration, virtual supplier consultations, or schoolwork for children, fibre broadband unlocks opportunities that the farming community and rural Ireland cannot afford to miss. This campaign will help ensure our members understand the benefits of fibre and why IFA’s fibre solutions are the right choice when it comes to making a decision.”
A core feature of the campaign is the use of real stories from Irish farming families. The Sodens, poultry and livestock farmers from Cavan, and the Mileys, dairy farmers from Wicklow, share first-hand how fibre connectivity has improved their farm businesses and home lives.
Patrick McCormick, Chair of IFA Member Services, added:
“We’re proud to launch this campaign with real-life stories that reflect the reality of farming and rural life. Access to fibre broadband is critical for the development of both the farm family and the farm business. Through this campaign, we want to show the tangible benefits that connectivity brings.”
IFA Fibre packages start at just €35 per month, offering affordable, high-speed broadband solutions tailored to rural homes and farms.
