IHNSA Trolley Fair 2026

Nursery bookings will be taken on a ‘first come, first served’ basis and the priority will be given to early bookings.

The 2026 IHNSA Spring Trolley Fair supported by Bord Bia will take place as follows:

There is a food supplement of €35.00 + VAT per booking, which is to be added as a contribution to the provision of hot catering for exhibitors and visitors at the IHNSA Trolley Fairs 2026.
Please enter a number from 5 to 100.
Enter the number of trolleys you wish to reserve. Cost per trolley €30 +VAT for IHNSA members and €45 +VAT for non-members. Minimum trolley order is 5 with a maximum of 100.
